You will then receive an email with directions to our meeting location, parking instructions and more. For the REVIVAL NIGHT on June 18th, please be sure to fill out this form by Noon on the 17th. For those desiring to attend on a Sunday morning, please out this form by noon on Saturday prior to the Sunday you’d like to attend. Any forms received after that we won’t be able to process in order to email you directions to our location.
